* Please feel free to fill out your Client Information sheet before your appointment right from your computer. Click on "Client information Sheet" and print it there at your own home. This is for your convenience so you will not have to show up early just to fill it out.
* Due to the importance of your time and other clients time please be sure to be on time for your appointments. There is only a few minutes in between appointments, now. If you are late I will have to shorten your massage and you will pay full price of your scheduled time slot.
*Any missed appointments will be charged a fee of 1/2 of the booked appointment.
*No charge if you cancel before 24 hours.
*Gift Certificates do have an expiration on them so please come in and use them.
* There is a NO REFUND policy for any service or purchase from Catalina's Therapeutic Massage.
