Q: Where are you located?
A: We are located upstairs in Bellezza Salon, 2241 Monroe Ave., Rochester NY, between 590 and 12 corners.
Q: What do I wear when I am getting a massage?
A: Most people will undress down to their underwear. You are covered with a sheet at all times. The only area of exposure is the area that is being worked on. Private areas will never be addressed. This is a professional field.
Q: How long should I go for?
A: It all depends on if you only want certain areas such as neck and back done. If this is the case than 30mins is enough time. If you want to enjoy a full body massage then you must come in for 60min + sessions.
Q: How often should I come in?
A: On average you should come in every four weeks to maintain your muscles. Most clients start to feel the tension building up again close to that time. Although, if you have muscle issues that need to be addressed then you will be asked to come in every two weeks until your range of motion and muscle tissues have improved.
Q: Should I come in early?
A: We do have you fill out a client information sheet and go over it with you, so we do require that you come in at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Q: Is it appropriate to tip your massage therapist? And if so, how much?
A: Tips are greatly appreciated. On average, clients do give between 15-20% of the service cost.
Q: Do you do couple's massage?
A: As of right now ….no. But we do work in Bellezza Salon and Spa so there are many ways to treat yourself while the other is getting a massage. Example, one will get a massage while the other gets a facial or pedicure. Vise Versa

Q: Is there a fee if I miss an appointment?
A: If you call before 24 hours of your appointment then there is no fee. I do understand that events happen so if you are confronted with an event on the day of the service please call as soon as you know about it so we can schedule some else. If you don't call or show up then there is a fee applied.
